2. Payment

A deposit of 25–50% of the agreed project total is due to hold the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Accepted via Zelle (US) or Interac e-Transfer (Canada) to pausestudios.1@gmail.com.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit is forfeited; no further balance is owed. Cancellations within 30 days of the event: full balance is due. Rescheduling within 60 days at no penalty if a new date is confirmed at time of reschedule.

4. Deliverables & Timeline
