Pause Studios — Model & Likeness Release
1. Grant of Permission
The subject identified below ("Subject") grants Brian Mullin / Pause Studios ("Photographer") permission to photograph, edit, and use images in which the Subject appears, for the purposes selected in the signature form below. This grant applies to all images captured during the identified session or event.
2. Permitted Uses
Subject selects which uses are authorized in the signature form. Permitted use categories are: (a) Portfolio — photographer's website and professional portfolio; (b) Social Media — Pause Studios Instagram and other social platforms; (c) Editorial — publication in press, magazine, or editorial contexts; (d) Commercial Advertising — paid advertising, campaigns, and brand promotion materials. Only the uses selected below are authorized.
3. Territory & Duration
This release is worldwide in territory and perpetual in duration for the uses selected. Subject may request removal of images from publicly visible platforms at any time by contacting the Photographer in writing — this does not revoke permission retroactively but images will be removed from active display on a going-forward basis.
4. No Obligation to Use
This release grants permission but does not require the Photographer to use the images in any way. The Photographer retains full editorial and creative discretion over which images are selected and how they are presented.
5. Compensation
Unless otherwise specified and agreed in writing, this release is granted in consideration of the Subject's participation in the session and one dollar ($1.00 CAD) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged. If a specific compensation arrangement was agreed separately, it is noted in the scope summary below.
6. Governing Law
This release is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If the Subject is a minor (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
