Deposit Instructions →Step 02
This is a free 20-minute call with Brian — not a booking for your event date. It's where scope, approach, and fit get confirmed. Nothing is owed before this call. Once you're aligned, the deposit (Step 03) locks your actual event date.
Step 03
30% of your project total — calculated from your estimate. Once received, your date is confirmed and Brian follows up within 24 hours with the contract and final scope.

Both methods are instant transfers — no processing delays. Send to the same email address regardless of which method you use. Include your event date in the memo/note.

Calculating your deposit
Your deposit is 30% of the estimate you received in Step 01. For example: an estimate of $2,000 means a $600 deposit to hold the date. If you didn't use the estimate tool, build one first — it takes two minutes.
After payment: Brian confirms receipt, sends the project contract, and you're locked in. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
Questions?
If your project is complex, access-based, or doesn't fit the standard flow — reach out directly. Touring press, multi-day events, retainer arrangements, and confidential engagements all start with a conversation.
