For events where timing matters — galas, major corporate events, performances — booking 4–8 weeks out is ideal. For premium and destination events, earlier is better. Same-day and short-notice inquiries are considered when availability permits.

Standard delivery is within 7 business days. Priority delivery (5 business days) is available on Signature and Activation packages, or as an add-on. Rush delivery (24 hours) is a flat-rate addition to any package.

Every delivery includes fully edited images in high resolution, a private online gallery, and a print release that lets you use images for personal and business purposes. Commercial licensing for advertising, campaigns, or resale is handled separately.

Yes — and it is not an add-on. Color and selectively curated black-and-white are both part of the standard creative delivery on every engagement. Black-and-white is treated as a genuine editorial choice, not a filter — images that work in black-and-white are delivered that way. If you prefer color-only delivery, that can be discussed during the consultation.

Yes. Sports photography is where this studio's instinct was built — game days, tournaments, youth athletics, and league seasons are all covered. Equestrian events (competitions, shows, therapeutic riding programs) are available as well. Yes. Individual athlete and single-rider packages are available for personal portfolio, recruiting documentation, family coverage, or personal branding use. These are scoped differently from full-event or tournament coverage — typically shorter duration and more focused output. Behind-the-scenes coverage, documentary-style projects, personal branding, unusual corporate requests, and work that doesn't map neatly to "event" or "brand" photography can all be scoped directly. Canon professional bodies, a selection of fast prime and zoom lenses, and portable lighting for low-light environments where needed. The gear serves the work — it's not the story.

Personal and internal business use is covered under the standard print release. Commercial advertising, media licensing, or resale requires a commercial license — available as a package add-on or on request.

Reschedules within 30 days of the event are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee depending on the timing. Contact directly as early as possible and Brian will work through it.
