Pause Studios is led by Brian Mullin, a candid-first event, brand, and sports photographer based in Windsor, Ontario. Triple US / Canada / Mexico citizenship and bilingual English / Spanish make cross-border assignments across all three countries operationally simple — one point of contact, no work-authorization friction. The method underneath every engagement is the same: anticipate the moment instead of reacting to it — which is why the frames come back candid, and why candid frames are the ones your team actually uses.

How an engagement runs
Build a real range in two minutes with the estimate tool, or send scope directly. Brian responds within 24 hours.
A short call to confirm objectives, coverage priorities, deliverables, usage, and timing — so the shoot is built around what the images need to accomplish.
A written agreement covers scope, rights, and terms. A deposit holds the date. NDA in place first when required.
On-site candid-first coverage, then a private gallery sorted by use in 5–7 business days (rush available).
Rights & confidentiality
Full commercial usage license is available (+$900). Exclusivity and perpetual buyout can be scoped when a campaign requires them. Model releases are handled as part of coverage where applicable.
NDA and confidentiality coverage are available and can be executed before any brief is shared — standard for unreleased products, private events, and embargoed activations.
Contracts & payment
Every engagement runs on a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, usage rights, and terms. Client paper (MSA / vendor agreement) can be reviewed.
A 30% deposit holds the date; balance on delivery. Accepted via Zelle (US) and Interac e-Transfer (Canada).
